Norm has been a member of the Palo Colorado Fire Department for many years.  This year’s picnic featured a brand new fire engine, but he still prefers the classic look.  There have been late nights - and early mornings - when their volunteers go out on a call somewhere along the Big Sur highway, but this afternoon was a day for eating, playing, and relaxing ...
